Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $7.97 per order. Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more, which includes the Trio bundle.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, most orders arrive within 5 to 7 days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once it ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after it is issued.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, customs and peak periods can add time to a delivery. We will help you chase a delayed parcel, but we cannot control carrier timelines once a parcel has left us.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the order minus shipping.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, check with anyone else at the address and with your local carrier first. If it still does not turn up, email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of the delivery date and we will investigate.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us.
